  Tim has been doing outstanding postproduction work for AIDSvideos.org for over a year now. He has done color correction and audio cleanup, has edited numerous legacy videos to update and improve them, has created beautiful PhotoShop design templates, and has mastered new DVDs. He's also been a great leader for the project. He's taught us to improve our filming sessions with better equipment and technique, helped to figure out our international video editing workflow, and has had countless excellent suggestions throughout the project.
