Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. First, to look up for the reputation of the attorney who is going to work in your case, based on independent reviews and from different sources to make sure you are dealing with a trustworthy Law firm. Also, make sure the Attorney is licensed to practice immigration law by checking their name in the State Bar.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Immigration Law doesn't really have any secrets, but regulations and many of them. The knowledge and experience of the Attorney is what really makes a difference in your legal case.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. In our particular case, it would be: "Are you licensed to practice law?" or, "Have you handled cases like mine before and what was the outcome?" or "Can I realistically expect to win this case?"

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Our Law firm helps hundreds of clients a year and each case is unique. But in the last 3 months, there are 3 cases in particular that we are very proud of: the issuance of L1 visas for a very important Chinese Hi-Tech manufacturer that is just establishing in the Bay Area, the issuance of O1 visas to some incredibly talented musicians who perform here in San Francisco and the issuance of 25 O1 visas for an international team of film makers and actors who are shooting a movie in the US right now.
