My job was small; it took less than 10 minutes to get my couch from my 3rd floor apartment into my pickup below. Ismael was very quiet. His partner was a bit scary, hostile, with a mind of his own. He completely disregarded me when I told him not to go back into the apartment for some little pillows. I didn't want that weird guy in my apartment without me. Instead, they should have paid attention to the fact that they placed the couch so that I couldn't see through my side mirror. I paid a passerby to help me turn it around so the mirror was visible. Their price was okay and they were fast but very poor attention to detail, evident disrespect for the customer and Ismael had a strange scary guy for a partner.
