What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do we do get involved in continuing education to stay up on current developments but we also offer continuing education and training for graphic designers, web programmers, and SEO specialists. We take online courses and training web seminars, but also attend conferences and interact on forums and discussions boards. We also conduct internal training exercises were our staff gives internal seminars on web topics as the best way to learn and keep up is by teaching.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We get a little bit of everything. We get WordPress site development, ZenCart, Magento, Prestashop eCommerce sites, straight HTML/CSS/XHTML coding. I get front-end graphical and user-interface design. I get PHP and Ruby on Rails web site programming jobs. Application development jobs using SalesForce or other integration. I also get SEO and social networking jobs as well as social networking integration into there web sites.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, depending on your time and availability at the very least spend proper time looking over all the initial documents that we provide during the planning stage and before we start building your site. This way it is very clear what we are building , the time schedules and all the milestones along the way. After that you can spend less time on the project if you so desire and will expedite the completion time. Second be open to suggestions we may have over the course of the project as we have many years designing sites and what works.
