My company had grand ideas to revamp our website at the beginning of 2012. We wanted to create a more user and search friendly site that would ultimately increase traffic and conversions. We ended up partnering with the wrong web designer and had the exact opposite happen. The finished product took over 6 months to complete, was expensive, extremely buggy, decreased traffic, and dropped online sales to an all time low. The negative impact that it had on our business through 2 quarters was tremendous. I frantically called Chad at ZenDen (we had worked with him previously on very small projects) and explained our story. He considered our situation an emergency, quoted a very reasonable price, and a very quick turn around time on a redesign. The final product that they delivered was on budget and completed on time. The new site is world's better and far more professional than what the previous company had provided us. It took them a fraction of the time and they charged a fraction of the price. Our web traffic is now back up, our conversions have increased, and we have now had our 1st monthly increase over the previous year since the site changed! ZenDen seriously saved the day. Robert, Vivian, and Chad were all fantastic....amazing service, great response time, and strong attention to detail. We are all now at peace thanks to our time spent at the Zen Den.
