FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard because this is how I eat lol! However I'm open to negotiation for the right people and right project. Because that's part of why I love doing what I do; working with amazing people. $250 for simple head shots (one shot or look) $550 for portraits, boudoir, editorial portraits, executive portraits, ect For commercial work I start bids at $1200 half day and $2000 full day rates. $80 per hour for styling work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like making contact over the phone. We are all busy people so in person can't always be managed but at least relaying live ideas are important. I spend a lot of time creating visuals of our ideas so that we are all clear on what the final product will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nothing beats real life experience. I've been a Director of Photography for a women's fashion company LeTote, a creative analyst for Williams Sonoma, and had the opportunity to shoot products for amazing companies such as Slack, Levis, Free People and other fantastic brands whether directly or through e-com. I've also attended the Academy of Art for a masters in Photography and the University of Washington for my Bachelors of Art in Communication with a minor focus in Marketing.
