Getting Married Your Way

Introduction: I first started designing wedding ceremonies and rituals when I was six, for my uncles' wedding. I officiated my best friend from high school's wedding because my spiritual background validated his families needs, while I was willing to offer him an alternative to a "religious" wedding. Next labor day I will be officiating my sister and her fiances wedding in affirmation that their wedding is neither a religious proclamation nor just a governmental process but that it is fundamentally a means to include and invite their family and community of friends in sharing in the process of their union. I have studied and identify as a participate in a lot of different lineages of spiritual teachings. I'd be excited to have a conversation with you.
