Morning bootcamp with Rich is an amazing way to start any day - be it before work or on your day off. His routines range from mild to rigorous and his gentle yet firm guidance keep you pushing yourself to the end. I highly recommend his 6am class for a feel-good-beginning to your day and the Saturday 9am class for a more challenging workout.
