Introduction: My classes leave you feeling more energetic, strong, focused, and capable. The poses and music are chosen to elevate the energy in the class, and eventually guide you into a meditative state at the conclusion.
Yoga is a passion, and teaching yoga to others is part of being a yogi. My life is filled with many other activities, and this is not my career, but I enjoy doing something I couldn't live without as a way to supplement the life of a college student.
