- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I practice yoga 5-6 days a week. I'm taking courses on physiology, anatomy and nutrition as well as read and watch countless articles and stories on these topics and on yoga and wellness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to go deeper into the practice and had no desire to teach. I soon after realized that I loved watching the inner-workings of how the body moves and helping people move and feel better.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just show up.
