She teaches a non-competitive, approachable flow class and encourages each student to find their own rhythm and pace. She is also trained in meditation and breathing practices and can work with you to design a class that fits your needs.
Julie is passionate about teaching yoga because she wants to give back to others what the practice has taught her and ultimately guide students to their authentic center of vitality.
