Introduction: I offer basic yoga instructions to beginner students and students of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Whether you are recovering from an injury, or giving birth and want to move your body, or if you are trying to get in to shape, or reduce stress, we will tailor your class to meet your goals. I am very hands on and may often use assists and props to ensure proper alignment.
You will come away from the session feeling refreshed and relaxed. I gained my Yoga Alliance Certification seven years ago at the Yoga Tree and have experience teaching hatha and vinyasa yoga.
