We had a major plumbing issue where the toilet on the third floor was clogged and leading water into the floorboards and causing a leak into the second floor ceiling. BIS came in and root caused and rectified the problem completely and took the time to explain everything to me and what caused it. Extremely glad we found BIS. They’ll be my guys for all plumbing issues in the future.
