Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Preparation is key to success. As a customer it is important to understand the preparation and skills it takes to perform at a professional level in this industry. A good Dj /entertainer usually will take many hours preparing days/weeks before a special event. Your Dj's appearance, personality and promptness when you meet him or her will usually give you an idea of what to expect at your event.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am passionate about what I do. I run my company with an emphasis on quality, customer service and sincerity so that I can provide the best value for your money.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. My reward is being able to see everyone happy and having a great time. The positive compliments I receive after an event assure me that I have done my job well, to the best of my ability. My job allows me to expand my knowledge and creativity as an artist everyday.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The question that I am asked most often is - "What kind of music do you play?" My answer is - "I play all genres of music from todays top 40 going all the way back to the 1920's. My knowledge and passion for all types of music allows me to entertain with a large diverse music library. I also produce some of my own music.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I started doing this because I enjoyed it. At a young age, I grew a passion for music and the arts. For many years, I did this as a hobby and as a second job. As I grew and educated myself in this field, I discovered the opportunity to do this as a professional trade. The joy & excitement I saw in the people I performed in front of, gave me assurance that this is what I wanted to do for a living.
