Nate knows his work. Was very prompt, detected the problem quickly and fixed the issue (he had to go get a part and replace it) in no time. Totally pleased with Nate's honesty and thoroughness of work! Highly recommended!!

Nate, was awesome!! We had a bit of an emergency and needed the problem fixed right away. Nate was super busy but he graciously fit us into his schedule. The same day!! He worked 8 hrs, till midnight!! I definitely will recommend captive fuel.

It was great working with Nate. He was detailed with his quote and respectful with our time, set expectations on how long the job would take and thorough in explaining what is involved with completing the job. He was on time and on budget. When one of his people damaged a ceiling tile in our kitchen, he made sure to have it replaced. He also went the extra mile. When one of our clients had an issue with plugging in their machine into a new outlet he installed and it kept tripping the breaker, he came out, diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix (the issue was with their machine, not his outlet). He wanted to make sure everything was right. Because of his professionalism and great customer service, we highly recommend him to anyone and if we ever have any electrical issues, we will be calling him back. Thanks, Nate!
