I recommend you NEVER hire j&d construction. He abandoned the job and took off with money paid for work unfinished. His work did not match the plans, particularly in structural issues, including a compromised roof. He is very dishonest. Don't be surprised by a low quote. He lied, never met deadlines he set, and did horrible work. The detailed engineer details where not followed and there is a lot of work that needs to be redone by a real professional. Stay away.... Thereshould be a zero star rating for contractors like this one
