Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I have done just about everything when comes to house repair and remodels. The projects I love to do the most are the kitchen and bathrooms. I love taking an outdated kitchen or bathrooms, then, based on the customers wants and needs transforming those ideas into something beautiful.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check the persons references

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I do ask alot of questions to my potential clients to findout details of their projects. This helps me in two ways, establishs a relationship with the customer and helps in estimating the work to be done.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I may not be the fastest to complete a job. I do work like I would want it done for myself with quality, good workmanship and I show up on time for scheduled appointments.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Developing long term relationships with my clients.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can I do certain project? I answer honestly yes or no. I have been doing handyman work for along time and I know what projects I am good at.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I like being business for myself. I can set my own schedule and love working with my hands.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I did a whole house remodel for client that had bought a house that was in foreclosure. I trans formed that house into a beautiful home that was then resold for a profit.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I subscibe to about 6 trade magazines that keep me updated. I also use lot of the internet alot to get my construction questions answered.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The construction industry has taken a huge hit in the last two years. Finding work has been little tougher than normal. This industry is 90% referral business. I am finding that I have to do more advertising in this down economy.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. I did a small kitchen and bathroom remodel that cost about $20,000.00 and it took 4 weeks to complete.
