We offer the following services and their corresponding rates: * Re-key locks, which can either be Quickset or Schlage - $55 for the first 2 and $11 for each one after that. Keys made are $1 each * Replacement of faucets, garbage disposals, water heaters, and other general plumbing repairs - $50 and up * Replacement of lighting fixtures, breakers, switches, and other general electrical repairs - $50 minimum for the service call. Labor is $50 an hour after the first hour. The first hour is $85 because of transportation costs. * I can install doors, molding, and baseboard also. I am reliable and honest and with more than 25 years of experience working with property managers and property owners.
