- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate of $100 per hour. I offer a 10% discount for multiple projects. I charge a $50 travel fee for jobs outside of my service area. I do not charge for estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts me and describes the project they need help with. I schedule a time to come to the customer's home or business to assess the project. I provide the customer with an estimate for the project. If the customer approves the estimate, I schedule a time to start the project. I complete the project and provide the customer with a final invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma, Bachelor of Science and Masters (MBA) I am a certified Building Performance Analyst. I also have two certifications in Solar Installation. I have over 15 years of experience working as a handyman. I am licensed and insured.
