I hired them to come clean regularly every 2 weeks. The first time they came, it was fine and we scheduled for 2 weeks out. She told me 1 pm and nobody showed up so I texted at 1:12 pm, no response. I then called at 1:30 and she said sorry, they will come between 3:30 to 4:30 instead. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt and when she asked for a time for th3 next cleaning and I gave her times that work for me she didn't respond. In short, she's unresponsive and disorganized.
