Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you have identifications and documents. It is always good to ask for pricing ahead of time before hiring a notary. If your not sure of the document ask an advice from the person who sent the document to you or an advice from an attorney.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. You want to work with someone you are comfortable with. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Remember you are the customer. You are the boss.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are you commissioned by the Secretary of the State and when does your commission expire? How long have you been a notary? Have you done this type of document before?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Do they have proper identifications and the document that needs to be signed. If they are not sure if they have acceptable identifications they can go to my website at http://www.suesmobilenotary.com and look under acceptable identifications. Once they have identification and document then they are ready to call the notary.

A. I like the people I deal with. When I provide a service that they need and they appreciate me being there. That is such a great feeling.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Can I use family member as a witness if they are not named in the Document? The answer is no. Credible witness is someone not related to you and that knows you. A minister, a neighbor, a teacher, a friend, ect.......
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I went to a nursing home and I was there to notarize for their father. It was a sister and brother who called me to do the notarization. When I got there I asked the father if he was ok to give power of attorney to his 2 children. He looked at them and said hell no I don't trust those kids. Then he blurred out some other words that I won't mention but it was not nice. I told the 2 young adults I can't notarize.
Make sure if you are going to represent someone that they are willing and able to sign.
