408 movers were great for what I initially needed. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because we both made the mistake of having them add on assembly for a brand new boxed item from Wayfair that they were unfamiliar with. Within 2 hours they had completed unassembling and reassembling 3 beds (2 queen size and 1 king size) and moving them into different rooms in my house, plus moving a bunch of odd furniture around (large office desks, 5 tier drawers, etc). Since their minimum is 3 hours, I thought I could use their help in assembling a Wayfair purchased vanity set but that ended up taking them 3.5 total hours! The cost was enormous and they were late to their next appointment. We both agreed that they are best for already assembled furniture. For that, they were extremely professional, very quick, brought all the equipment they needed, and were well worth it.

Israel was my main contact. He answered all my questions before the job. Day of their team was very patient, had great communication skills, were very professional, super kind, and responsible. They do not rush and carefully take care of everything they move/install like it was their own. I would 100% rehire them for future projects/ moves. It's worth every dollar!
