FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we hire and trained gifted young musicians as young as 15 years of age, we do not feel it is appropriate to offer their private lessons at the same prices as those instructors with advanced degrees and experience. Our pricing therefore is based on the education and experience of the instructors, i.e., those with master's degree or higher are the most expensive teachers. For group classes the rates vary based on the class length and maximum size of the class. For example, a class for toddlers and their parents is limited to 6 students and 30 minutes and costs less than our traditional 45-minute classes which are limited to 8 students.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before hiring a music teacher, check to make sure they can identify your child's learning style, aptitudes and readiness to learn an instrument. Then find out how they would personalize their approach based on this information. We do this by offering a FREE assessment with a trained Educational Specialist. Since we are committed to students having FUN, (a positive experience), we take time up front to help determine the best approach, teacher, timing, instrument and learning environment. If students enjoy their initial learning experience, they have momentum to persevere with the learning gets more challenging.
