This review is long overdue because it’s almost 3 years since I started training with Mark and I still enjoy every one of our sessions, which is both fun and challenging! We started in-person but now virtual and both works out pretty well. As a bodybuilder, his knowledge of working the various muscles is outstanding. He knows when to take a step back and when to push forward - either way you’d be working your glutes off! 🤣 When I started working with Mark, I had low back pain from a number of accidents and over time, we’ve strengthened it significantly and it’s no longer an issue. I went from simple squats to heavy deadlifts in a matter of months. Knowledge and experience aside, Mark communicates well and it’s also great that he doesn’t take himself seriously so we always get a good laugh through the painful sessions 😅😁 Also the trust factor. I remember a time when I inadvertently paid him extra and he quickly got back to me on it. I so appreciate the honesty. As an extra-cautious person, there are few people I would trust and Mark is one of them. It’s hard to squeeze 3 years of data in one short review but I think with Mark if you are willing to put in the effort, he will get you to your goals. I’m incredibly grateful to how far I’ve come in my fitness journey with Mark 🦾 and looking forward to how much further I can go!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark for six months and the experience is absolutely incredible and worth it. He is very professional and the program really fits me. He also deeply cares about your health condition and nutrition and provides lots of useful advice. His training style is very engaging and informative, which makes each session very enjoyable. He is the type of trainer that makes you fall in love with training! I highly recommend Mark for anyone who is looking for a skilled and dedicated trainer!!!

Mark went above and beyond to figure out what I need to live a happier and healthier life. The first time we met he ask me what is it that I need from my personal trainer to live a fatigue-free life. Most of those questions Mark asked me induced self awareness about what is it that I need to live a stress free life. He trained me for about 2 months and ever since the last session I been utilizing all the workouts I learned during his training to sustain a high level of physical and mental fitness. Unlike before, now I look forward to going to the gym, running or hiking as soon as I get off work, but most I look forward to going to the gym to work out. I had few other trainers in the past but none of them helped me as much as Mark did. Like myself, Mark will propel you into a distance future where the chances of you letting yourself down is less likely. He will uplift you and give a boost that will continuous regenerate within you every single day. Mark is a cool guy, he is a very open minded person and will do his best to help you succeed in the long term. What I paid him for the training sessions is still paying off to this day and I am 100% sure that will also be true for you. Good luck and I hope you make the right choice.

Mark has been training me since the beginning of this year. We started with in person training and then switched to virtual sessions after the shelter in place order. Mark makes working out fun, changes up the exercises so it never gets old, and has helped me in my weak areas (posture, core, legs). With the virtual sessions, he has been very flexible and has made the work outs effective just by using body weight. Once I was able to purchase resistance bands, he's taken my workouts to another level. I never realized I could do so many workouts at home with 1 piece of equipment. I highly recommend Mark as a personal trainer!

When you train with Mark, expect to have a lot of fun while making fast, high-quality progress. He is well-versed in exercise science and nutrition and customizes workout plans that are tailored to you as an individual. This is evident through the initiatives that he takes to really get to know you as person, to become not only your personal trainer but your friend as well. After 4 years of training together, I have made strides in my overall health and wellness that have translated into big leaps in my professional life and Mark has been there every step of the way.
