FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One or two sessions isn't going to change your life. The first time we meet will be an assessment and tour of the facility. We will measure your body fat, and weight, take measurements and we will also do a shortened workout to help you decide if this is a good fit. That being said the more committed that you are the prices reflect that. Not because this is a money grab but because change takes time and devotion. You're not going to see results in 3 sessions so I like to discourage a session by session scheduling routine by offering discounts on larger packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial meet and great which will take about an hour to an hour and a half. This will include a facility tour, SMART Goal setting, fitness assessment and a shortened workout.
