Introduction: CPW is a local, family-owned business specializing in exterior property cleaning and maintenance through power washing/pressure washing and sweeping and landscaping. Located in San Jose, we work with many customers in many different parts of the San Francisco Bay area. Our customers include both commercial and residential customers.

CPW is BASMAA certified, Bay area green certified, and a member of the Better Business Bureau. We meet compliance requirements implemented in the Bay area. We work with hot water and special equipment in our effort to clean without using detergents.
CPW focuses on exterior cleaning of flatwork/hardscapes and building exteriors. Properties with high foot traffic often experience many stains. Over time, these stains can impact the appearance of a property. CPW removes stains, dirt, grime, gum, oil, grease, organic growth and other surface debris. An example of what we clean for our customers includes sidewalks, storefronts, outside patios and dumpster areas.
CPW works with our customers to determine how often to clean, and the most appropriate time to clean and sweep. This can mean that we can clean your property at night, early in the morning, or on the weekends to minimize the inconvenience to you and your customers. We clean some properties weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. We will guide you in the most appropriate cleaning schedule for your specific property.
