Introduction: Hello, I've been working as a massage practitioner for 15 years now. In 2010, I was voted for the Best Massage Therapist in the Willow Glen area (city of San Jose, Ca) My modalities include the following: * Traditional deep tissue/Swedish massage * Shiatsu * Trigger point therapy * Heated Stone * Pregnancy * Reiki * Marma * RPE (rapid pain elimination) or freeing I have studied Anatomy/Physiology. I'm conscious of draping, soft lighting, bolsters, creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere, heated bed, hot towels, and hot packs. What I do is a signature style of the modalities of what I have learned, along with my own intuition of what I sense the immediate need is. Before starting, I feel it's important to get acquainted. The dialogue is important so I get an understanding of you, and what your needs/goals are in a session. I also feel it's important for you to know who I am and for you to get a sense of what I do and how I work. After the session is over, if I feel it's necessary, I may go over or recommend some things for you to improve your daily habits, increasing the quality of your health and overall well being. After all, this is what we all deserve from ourselves. I will gladly give first time clients a 15% discount, after all, I understand that this is a commitment. Sometimes, we just have to give something a test drive to see if this is a fit. I also have package deals, if your needing regular services that will reduce the hourly rate.
