Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our attention to personal service is what sets us apart from other production companies. A video production is often an endeavor requiring a thorough understanding of your organization, message, marketing strategy, target audience, and personality. We take the time to learn about you and your needs, and proceed to incorporate those needs into your project. We don't consider ourselves do be a "vendor" but rather a partner and a friend. Our working relationships last for years and it is important that you work with a producer and production company that you find enjoyable, honest, hard-working, and creative.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We most love that our work takes us somewhere new everyday. Because we're hired to tell important stories, we often meet fascinating people, hear tragic stories, and go to exotic places. The most important aspect of our work is that we are helping people. Whether that be to help their business attract more customers, or help their non-profit raise funds, it all comes down to helping others.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most clients ask how much we charge, when will a project be completed, and if a video can be put online.
Our production cost is based on a professional rate of $150/hr which incorporates the cost of crew, preparation, travel time, materials used, equipment, revisions and "the unexpected".
We are not a 'budget' production company because we believe that like when packing a parachute, its important to have a professional get it right the first time.
A project will be completed as swiftly as possible and even sooner if you are well prepared. We work with clients on scripts, images, image releases, copyright releases, shooting schedules, and meetings - for a project to move quickly, it is equally important that clients are well organized as well.
And yes, any video production can be put online in a huge variety of sites (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) It can also put hosted from your own server or any other server. In fact, nearly every project we work on now ends up online.
