C. Garcia was available late evening, which fit my schedule. He showed up on time and completed the faucet removal + install quickly and professionally. I like that he made a recommendation on the faucet brand, so that the work could be done faster and cheaper.

I had a leak under my bathroom sink and had to call around to find someone to come out. Of course this happened on a Friday night and I had work all weekend so I had to ask some questions to at least get the leak temporarily stopped/slowed down. Cuit was so patient and understanding and even helped answer my questions. We didn’t get to point of hire but Cuit’s professionalism, patience, and kindness were worthy of a review.

I wanted to replace my faucet for a reasonable price. The tech came out on time (actually ahead and was waiting). I asked him for an estimate and he said he needs to look at it first. After about 5-10 mins, I saw him getting something to cut a pipe. I stopped and asked him what the estimate would be. He quoted some $350 or so. Since I would be remodeling, I asked him to stop the work and put things back. He then mentioned there is a diagnosis fee of $100. I said that’s not true, it says $0 site visit fee. He said oh ok and after a min said fine, I won’t charge. He also fixed a small pipe cap that was broken and said that was the cause of water leak. Unfortunately the diagnosis was wrong and leak is from an entirely different area and the faucet started dripping water ever since he tried to put things back :-(

No matter how much I cleaned, the toilet smelled. They were the 3rd to respond, so I waited to schedule with them. Luckily, I had a call with them for a potential root cause and I was introduced to components like wax-ring and flange. I am thankful to them as I would have got duped by one of the plumber who offers to caulk the toilet base. Later, I got it fixed by my builder because it was still under warranty.
