Introduction: Hello! I am a Yoga Alliance Certified 500hr RYT + 200hr E-RYT, holding certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Trauma Informed Yoga, Embodied Yin and Yoga Nidra. I have been practicing yoga + mindfulness for 15 years, teaching for over 8 years and currently lead several weekly in person studio classes as well as co-lead Yoga Teacher Trainings both locally and internationally. I currently offer in person as well as virtual Yoga and/or Mindfulness Meditation services. These can be done from the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for all parties. I lead both on one and group sessions. In addition to my passion for yoga, I am deeply invested in all things health and wellness and am in training to become a certified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Mariam’s classes are always professional. She has a calming voice and offers very clear instructions. Mariam provides individual adjustments if needed and is always willing to answer questions after class. She seems to know exactly the poses I need any any given day and I always feel so good afterwards. Her classes are always full so it’s great to get private sessions whenever I can.

Mariam is an amazing teacher. I have taken many of her classes and always leave feeling stronger and more rejuvenated and refreshed. She is super knowledgeable and passionate about her craft and puts her heart and soul into every class she teaches.
