Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I think the best advice I can give would be to verify a valid CA. State contractors license, liability insurance and customer references. This will help protect you from sub-standard services and materials. Checking customer references will define a companies past service experiences and product satisfaction.

A. If you are interested in purchasing a new telephone system:

1) The number of physical telephones you will need.
2) The number of outside lines you will need.
3) Do you need auto attendant/voice mail?
4) Are there any remote offices?
5) Are there any telecommuters?
6) Will there be much future growth in the size of the company?
7) Is the office space already wired with voice and data cable?

A. The satisfaction of when leaving a clients site they have a smiling face and a generous thank you for meeting their expectations.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I recently restored the City of Burlingame's Voice Mail system that was completely set up wrong by a vendor with little experience with this product. The other vendor told the City their old features can't be restored.
Low and behold I ran a first time setup, re-configured the system and the City is very satisfied. It took some tweeking but complaints have quieted down.
Please do not ever say It can't be done.
There always is some type of solution even if requires something new or a support call away.

A. Manufacturer updates/training, online classes, industry publications.
