- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't. It all depends on how severe the infestation level is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will schedule an inspection through our website or call our office. The technician will arrive at the site on the scheduled date and time and will inspect the attic/crawl space for rodent activity, damages accrued and entry points. The technician will collect pictures from the site. After the inspection, the technician will show the pictures and provide a full assessment of the inspection. last he will provide couple or more solutions on how to restore the site and prevent future rodent entry. If hired, We will call the customer a day before to notify our arrival, at the day of the job the team will arrive between the hours of 8-10AM to start the work. First, the project manager will introduce himself and go over the work order before starting. The home will be protected with full ceiling to floor nylon. The daily job process is: cleaning every trace of rodent infestation, sanitate and deodorize, rodent proof every entry point the size of a dime or bigger, clean up the job site of any trace of work. More points: The homeowner can stay home while we do the job. The homeowner will be contacted/visited by the company manager during the day of the job to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a contractor license C2- Insulation allowing me to work at people's attics and crawl space. I'm also in the process of getting my exterminator / pest certificate. I'm working in the field of rodents for 5 years and I proudly open my new company with a much better one-time treatment method to eliminate rodents from entering your home.
