Chef Jeno, born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, received his education in culinary arts. Upon graduation, he went to Paris, France, where he learned the art of pastries before he came to the United States.
Aside from Chef Jenos European background, what makes him different from other catering companies? Chef Jeno has over 35 years chef experience. Among his extensive resume, he was a chef at La Costa Resort and Spa and taught culinary arts in San Diego.

Chef Jeno provided dinner preparation for our crew 2 to 3 times a week while they were working on an out of state construction site for about 5 months. Our crew loved him and raved about every meal!
Not only was the food and service wonderful, but Chef Jeno also provided a service to do the food shopping for them each week. He worked directly with our foremen on site and kept the list within our budget and our workers happy!
Lisa stayed on top of the schedule, menu and paperwork and did a GREAT job!
They are both wonderful people to work with and their service and food
is outstanding. We will certainly be contacting them again if we have
any further projects in Southern California.
