We assure the quality of our ingredients, so we prepare our food on the day of your party with nothing but the freshest meats and finest ingredients available.

Our full-service buffet setup consists of professional chafing dishes and sauce dishes with an on-site grill and a 12 by 12 pop-up canopy which covers our 2 6-foot tables where we present (Chef) Len and our tasteful Mexican-style food. We have business liability insurance and food handlers' permits. Our food servers wear chef coats, chef hats, and plastic gloves. We also possess the adequate licenses and catering insurance. Our staff is well trained and very professional with over 10 years of experience in the catering field. You are in good hands with South of the Border Taco Catering Service. Our catering representatives will be more than willing to work with your budget and assist in any way possible.

South of the Border Taco Catering Service will be sure to bring you that Mexican taste of delight.

Our famous taco bar consists of the following:

* Carne asada
* Grilled chicken (grilled right in front of your eyes)
* Carnitas pork and birria
* Lemons, radishes, chopped onions, cilantro, grilled green onions, grilled green and yellow peppers
* Salsas: rojo, salsa fresca, guacatillo and guacamole
* Tortillas
* Spanish rice and beans
* Chips and guacamole

Everything is included: plates, cups, utensils, napkins and all disposables.

Drinks are available. We have aguas frescas, including cantaloupe, orange, pineapple, lemon, horchata, watermelon, pineapple orange, tamarindo or Jamaica. We prepare 2 for a party of 50 people (cups included) and 3 for a party of 150 people (cups included).

We accept special orders for the following:

* Potato and Cheese Taco
* Shrimp and Fish Tacos For 20 or More (grilled right in front of your eyes)
* Homemade Tamales: Chili Cheese, Beef, Chicken or Pork (with a minimum order of 1 dozen)
