Understand the clients needs. Listening. Earning the trust of our clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started thinking about how I could help people in a mutual way and I concluded that cleaning would allow me to do this. Also, I took into consideration that there's numerous people busy around me that don't have the time to clean their own house. I admire their decision to spend more time with their families and am glad that people can benefit from my work.
