Seriously look no further when looking for a makeup artist. Makeup by Jules was everything I was looking for in a makeup artist. She accommodated me and my needs with no problem. Julia has a way of making you feel very comfortable and she made me, the bride, my wedding party and my mother/mother-in-law look gorgeous!!

I was searching for just the right makeup artist and I found her! I can't thank Jules enough for making me feel so comfortable, for making me look so beautiful and my wedding party look gorgeous on my wedding day.
At my trial session, Jules was so attentive and listened to my concerns and wants. She took time with me instead of hurrying through my session. She really went out of the way to make me feel special and create the perfect look.

Julia did my makeup for my wedding and made me feel so beautiful on my special day. She took the time to make me feel comfortable during the trial run so I knew before my wedding day that my makeup was one thing I didn't have to worry about, and that was a big relief for me. I highly recommend Julia, she does amazing work and can make any woman's inner beauty shine through.

Makeup by Jules is awesome! I couldn't ask for a better makeup artist! Julia is fantastic at what she does. I felt so comfortable working with her and she made me look absolutely beautiful! My bridal party was gorgeous as well. Julia truly has a talent for makeup. I would recommend Makeup by Jules any day!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. My advice to all clients is to make sure the provider you are hiring has a contract for both you and he/she to sign. A copy of the contract should be given to the client as well. Don't just hire anyone on a handshake!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I have been a makeup artist for 19 years now. I love what I do. It is my passion. I know as a woman myself, just how it feels to want to feel good about ourselves both inside and out. Whether I am doing makeup on a bride, a photo shoot or for family and friends, the feeling I get from clients that tell me how I just made them feel is priceless!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Clients often ask how they can look more alert the next morning after a long night. It's fairly simple and doesn't take much. First, moisturize your face. This hydrates your skin. For your eyes, apply eyeliner and mascara! A good mascara can really open up your eyes and make you appear more awake. Use small amount of blush or bronzer and some lip gloss and you're ready to go!
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I volunteer once a month at a transitional home for battered/homeless women and children. I provide makeovers for women who go through a program and are ready to get back into the job field. One particular day I was volunteering, it happened to be on my birthday. These wonderful women and children threw me a surprise party! It was so sweet. They all expressed how much they appreciated what I do for them and they wanted me to feel special just as I do for them!
