He did a great job on installing our kids giant playground. It has 2 Slides, 3 swings and a treehouse. The job was done a year ago and the playground is still holding up! He was punctual, professional and was a hard worker. I would recommend him.

I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, punctuality, and expertise. When you consider the fact that he is also super efficient and reasonably priced it’s a no brainer that he is my go to handy man. I also found out that he is a licensed contractor and can do repairs and installations in addition to the tv mounting and furniture assembly that I hired him for. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

He arrived by the last minute from my 'please help me' assembly and installation of an L-shaped desk. My other Task Rabbit guy was going to arrive an hour late. There I was, furniture delivered to the street with no one to help. Duane arrived within minutes and was very professional, very experienced, and he completed the job with his excellent skills. Duane did a phenomenal job putting together multiple large, heavy pieces of furniture for me (e.g. bed, hammock chair, etc.). He also put up shelves and made sure they were reinforced well. He even took the time to reach out after a while to see how everything was holding up. (I need to text/communicate better, but I appreciated him doing that.) He's kind, quick, knowledgable, and his services were affordable for my budget. If I need anything else assembled, I definitely know who to call!

We negotiate price which gives us a lot of competition. Our main concern is keeping our customers..not running them off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process first starts out with trying to assess our customers needs/wants. We have a one-on-one conversation with our customers by phone first. Once we know the details( Dimensions, area of focus, problem needing fixed, etc), the next thing is getting the job done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal education in Carpentry, electrical, plumbing.
