Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Every day is a learning experience! Because I do not limit myself to standard bankruptcy cases, I frequently get to explore new and different areas of law and have an incentive to stay on top of any recent changes to bankruptcy.

I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Geoff Wiggs. He is a very dedicated and committed lawyer. He’s highly professional and knowledgeable. He’s the only lawyer I knew who had knowledge about flexible courts that accept out-of-county cases. He’s quick and punctual. I highly recommend him for many types of cases.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I can quote a fixed price for a 'simple' chapter 7 or a retainer in a chapter 13 filing, however there are many small details that could result in additional charges. Also - many potential clients who contact me looking for a 'basic bankruptcy' may not fully understand their current situation. I evaluate every case as an individual matter.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every three years. I typically complete that many hours every year.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for an attorney that will treat you as an individual and fully evaluate YOUR case. Beware of bankruptcy "mill" attorneys who will take your retainer, file your documents and then forget about you.
