I had an emergency with a clogged toilet when I couldn't fix the issue myself; that's why I relied on Thumbtack, and they paired me with Elite Rooter. Melissa at Elite Rooter was able to schedule me that afternoon, and within 1.5hrs Daniel was here to help me! He was able to help guide me to fix the clogged plumbing but also pointed out that it may be time for me to retrofit the old sewage piping. My experience with Elite was top-notch, and I would recommend their service.

What we thought would be a simple snake if the drain turned into a huge project. We had just moved in to our new home, and having family over for Thanksgiving tasked our sewer so much that we had backflow into the bathtub! Our home warranty couldn’t get anyone out so we chose Elite based on their Thumbtack reviews. I’m glad we did! The pipe had collapsed where the original pipe met the newer clay pipe, and we discovered that the entire sewer line was too low, that it was leaking raw sewage under the house and had been for years (seriously, the photos were ewww!). Pablo and his team explained every option, sent detailed notes and pictures, showed up promptly when they said they’d arrive, and reattached temporary lines each night. Even though we had a massive trench dug through our front lawn, by the time they left, you’d never know it. Replaced every bit of the sewer lateral and all connections, lifted it up 4 inches, strapped it correctly, trenched and ran the new lateral around my favorite tree (the old one ran under it), and tunneled under our fence to the original collapsed pipe they dug out from our driveway. Here’s the kicker - each night one of the team would carefully wrap the exposed roots of my favorite tree so that it would lessen the shock. Both my husband and I were incredibly thankful that we had this team. You could tell they cared about what they did and took pride in their results. Yes it was expensive and unexpected (the building inspector only put “possible evidence of a past leak” in the report - yeah no), but we won’t have to worry about flushing for decades and a trusted rooter/plumber we can call on without hesitation.

The folks from Elite Rooter came to our house to fix a couple of issues in our bathrooms and replace our toilets with dual flush toilets. They ran into some unforeseen issues while performing the work due to damage that had occurred as a result of the plumbing being so old. They explained and documented the issues as they encountered them and worked with us to find the most efficient and economical way to fix the problem. They were very professional and their expertise saved the day! We highly recommend this company as we believe they are honest and very knowledgeable.

Daniel from Elite Rooter did a very thorough job fixing the slow drain in our kitchen sink. He arrived on time and was able to complete the work in less than 15 minutes. The price was excellent and I would hire this company again.

Incredible. This is the first time that I actually had a plumber come in and be completely honest with me. Elite Plumbing has all of my plumbing business for the rest of my life. This afternoon, Daniel came in to look at my leaking toilet and my slow-draining tub. He showed me where the tub was running fine. He then looked in the toilet and said there was just one small part that needed to be replaced. I asked him if he had that part, and he said, “No, but that I could go to Home Depot and get one.” I looked it up on Amazon, and it cost $15. When Daniel got ready to leave, I said, ”So how much?” He said, ”No, no, no, I didn’t really do anything. I just checked it all out.” I said, ”Do I have a service fee? He said, ”No, no. I just wanted to be honest with you.” Wow. I felt like I was in the movie, “A Mircle on 34th Street.” Now I know why Macy’s got a lot of press out of that movie. I am going to make sure to let the over 350 homeowners in our complex know about this experience. When I have plumbing issues in the future, I will believe and trust Eleit Plumbing. Thank you, Danial and Elite Plumbing. PS: and when you need roller skates, “Get’um at Gimbals.”

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Rooter charges by the job not the hour so our clients know the price before we start and there are no surprises afterwards. Please ask about coupons that we often have for our drain cleaning services. We always offer 15% discounts for our seniors, military and educators. Coupons/discounts cannot be combined.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule same day appointments as needed or we can schedule at a time and date that works best for you. Once scheduled you will get a call from our technician when they are on their way to your home/business. Upon arrival the technician will diagnose the plumbing problem, communicate with you possible solutions and then if approved by you, the technician will start the work. We do not charge any trip fees and other hidden costs. All estimates are complimentary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite Rooter is a state licensed, full service, plumbing company. This means that we have to maintain industry standards to stay licensed. All of our technicians are experienced plumbers, with years of in the field knowledge and are certified. We believe in constant education and training. We have training sessions at our office 3 times a week where we discuss and train on all aspects of plumbing so we can provide a truly Elite experience to our clients.
