Yes, $69.00 per session for Three Month Contract (all sessions needs to be used within the three month period)

Prior to training, I offer a complementary consultation to go over health and fitness goals, health history, and way to make fitness a lifestyle.

I have a Masters in Education. I also have fitness certifications through AFAA
