Introduction: I am a certified (RYT) private and group yoga instructor interested in bringing the benefits of yoga to people of all levels of experience (beginner, intermediate, advanced). As a professed health and fitness enthusiast with a passion for yoga, I know the joy that yoga brings to body and mind. Watch your increased strength, flexibility, and balance transform you. I teach all-level classes on a regular basis and meet with clients privately to best meet their specific goals.
