Introduction: Hello, my name is Trey Franco, and I believe my passion for technology can get you through the situation you are having. I have been doing technology repairs, swaps, diagnostics and re-images for over 3 years now. I have studied a variety of different technologies to keep up with the growing industry. In the education department, I attended CCOC which is known as the Central County Occupation Center. I learned all about Windows and the operating system itself inside and out as well as work in the Mouse Squad department where we worked on computers that were brought in to us by users who need a technician's help to fix their computers problem. Not only did we get the chance to do that, but we also study and got the chance to earn our CompTIA A+ certification, which I received and passed the first try. After I grew from that experience, I wanted to take what I learned and expand and see where it can take me, and that's when looking around I found out about the YearUp program. I studied for 5 months and five days a week, earning college IT credits and going through all sorts of training, so I can be properly trained and ready to be put in a 6-month internship at one of the top technology companies, Mozilla FireFox. While there, I got the opportunity to learn the heart of the company, The Data Center from top to bottom, including racking, stacking and cabling the systems as well as entering the IP information into the nodes while also learning about the ILO system (integrated lights out). I am also adding it into inventory and organizing everything. After my time at Mozilla, I transferred over to one of the top investment companies doing help desk work for them such as setting up accounts and making sure all the departments knew of new hires as well as answering calls from employees and helping them fix their computer problems. I believe the opportunities I have been given the past 4 years and the hard work I have put into it made me learn so much about the technology world. I believe I could be of great assistance to you.
