- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work by the hour, by the job at times. Additional items that come up must be assumed costs by the client. If I cost money in the process, I will subtract time and money on my end. An estimate is an estimate, but I believe its my responsibility to get it very close to the end/actual price.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I've been working through a place called Tech Shop in Menlo Park, San Jose, and San Francisco. I've learned to incorporate more skills through the multiple machines and tools that are available. Using, a variety of programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and a laser-etching machine, I've created some wonderful holiday projects for friends and family.
