- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work around any budget. I just got big corporate account last year, and they had over a 100 existing plants and containers. They're budget couldn't afford a Guaranteed Maintenance Contract. So all I had to do was give them a grade B Guaranteed Maintenance Service Contract, and they are one of my most satisfied customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always , and I do volunteer my time whenever possible to share my knowledge with the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was lucky. In college I was offered a job delivering flowers for the 16th largest Interior Landscaping company in the country. It made me happy watching things grow, and I never stopped..
