Doing birthday parties for over 15 years, and what was once begun by the owner's themselves, our crew has carried on the tradition of great customer service and cleanliness on the lanes as well as in our private party areas. For the corporate events, there are not many places that you can encourage as much social interaction as bowling. Teams are set-up, contests are ran, prizes are handed out. And again this is all facilitated by our amazing staff. We can book a party within a matter of 10 minutes. I love being the Director of Fun! Spending time on the lanes with the regular bowlers, the new bowlers, the first dates, or been together for 50 years with their grandchild outings. On the phone, I feel like we make it easy to organize your event and get the details down on paper so that you do not have to worry about anything getting forgotten. Giving peace of mind to the customer that they will be taken care of is the best part about my job.

The owners and management staff frequent local and regional seminars and trade shows on social media, marketing, bowling rule updates, and customer service. We also share this with our staff regularly at staff meetings.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That bowling is no longer just for the old guys that want to get out of the house once a week.... we offer bowling fundraisers, field trips, corporate events, kid and adult birthday parties, and tons of fun leagues all day long for the novice to the professional bowler, as well as the bowler that just wants to come in and have fun with friends and family!
