Iron Body is the only Personal Training service that provides a comprehensive approach to fitness. This training covers weight loss, strength and muscle building, injury prevention, and pain and movement correction. I have been fortunate enough to work with clients I really enjoy. I never thought I would enjoy teaching so much and it is now a huge part of who I am. I consider myself a teacher before a trainer. Every day is another opportunity to foster postie change and it's a gift to be able to experience it on a daily basis.

When my former trainer moved from the area this gave me an opportunity to try Patrick. When I observed him train his clients and the intensity he displays during his own workouts, I knew that's what I wanted. Patrick is passionate about health and fitness and his ability to convey this has been very motivating in and out of the gym. And if you have any pain or physical limitations, Patrick will show you how to mitigate these by incorporating mobility and other exercises. Introducing kettle bells and TRX bands has definitely amped up my workouts, they're challenging and that's what I get when I train with Patrick, a challenging workout.

I've been going to Patrick now for a few months, and recently renewed. It was a no-brainer. Patrick's knowledge of the body and training are without peer. He delivers the perfect mix of when to push you and when to take it easy. The program is personalized, and he's even a great source of knowledge regarding diet. My level of fitness wasn't great prior to starting. It had been 20 years since I had participated in any type of sport -- and 20 years of joining gyms and never going. I just wish I had found Patrick sooner.

Great personal training with a smile! If you have the desire to do more with your time at the gym, then Patrick can help you achieve more with your training sessions while also helping to avoid injuries. I really enjoy my training sessions and have been a client for almost a year. Love the motivation and energy that I get when showing up for a workout. Really does help you in achieving, and surpassing, your training goals!

Patrick is very passionate and knowledgeable. He understands my fitness goals and always pushes me to reach them. After three years of training with Patrick, it's still never a dull moment with this guy.
