I have been working out with Carly for over a year and it has been amazing. She is a wonderful motivator that makes the workouts fun and interesting. She is the highlight of my week and I can't thank her enough for the wonderful changes she has helped make to my lifestyle. Anyone, at any fitness level, whether just starting to move around more or at a great peak can benefit with having her as their coach. To top it off, in my pregnancy, which happened after I had worked out with her for several months, she has made my physical maintenance and health a top concern. She put a lot of effort into making sure that moves I was doing were healthy and safe for the baby. Before the pregnancy, she challenged me every week to the point where I thought I couldn't take anymore. However, it was just enough, so that at the end of every workout I felt amazing and strong. I plan on working out with Carly for years to come. Thank you, Carly!

I had the opportunity and good fortune to get Carly as my personnel trainer for about six months (+/-). As a person who had strayed from the path of physical fitness, Carly was a godsend! Her professional attention to my personal physical fitness needs, and her kind yet firm techniques to motivate and encourage me to get "back on the path", were nothing short of miraculous! After several surgeries, lots of weight gain and a few years of inactivity on my part, we both had our work cut out for us! She has given me the motivation, the desire and the tools to help myself be a much healthier person......something i used to have trouble with! I've worked with other physical fitness trainers and i have to say that Carly is one of the best!!!

Training with Carly is never EVER routine, and is ALWAYS a positive highlight of the day. Physical fitness has been a part of my life for over 25 years now, and Carly's training is the best I've ever had.

Carly is a fantastic trainer. She is very motivating and I look forward to every session. She is very experienced and in a short amount of time I noticed changes in my body. She makes every session lots of fun!

Carly is an outstanding PT. She knew how to work with us and to know what we were capable of doing. I am 75, my husand 78 and Carly new what to do. She is a great PT and a wonderful human being. We enjoyed Carly!
