- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is really very simple you will get one price with the product costs seperated from the labor or installation service costs. We don't do "half off", "% off", or "free installation" sales as most customers are too sophisticated to fall for these gimmicks. We give you a quote; you can shop it around and make your own decision based on accurate information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we are constantly training on new products for sales and installation. We also closely review and monitor the new products for defects and problems. Unfortunately it is a given in this industry that many new products and designs are pulled from the market after only a short time in production due to poor design or quality issues. We can usually spot these potential problems during the training process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are experts in commercial roller/solar shade installations. Especially the installation of motorized shades. On the residential side we offer the basic shades and blinds, but are experts in the sales and installations of wood and composite shutters. The proper measurement and selection of frames are very important pieces of the process and we have years of experience in this area. You can also insits that the individual measuring and advising on the job also install it a service not offered by many companies.
