I have 12+ years caretaking experience, which has included overseeing multi-million dollar estates for banks and realtors.
No place too big or too small. I am also able to work the property if needed, as I'm a skilled landscaper/gardener/irrigation specialist and a semi-skilled carpenter and plumber. I also do firebrakes and brush clearing for fire control/prevention.
I am a medical technician/therapist (mostly retired, and still young) totally reliable and professional with integrity. Bondable and insurable. So, don't let that empty house deteriorate or become vandalized. Let me fix it up or protect it. Don't spend all that money boarding your pets or risk the trauma of relocating them when you travel.
