A. When comparing Quotes for a charter, be sure you are comparing every line item. Many companies do not include fuel surcharges, taxes, parking fees, etc.. At Whitecastle Tours, our Quotes are always inclusive and there are no hidden charges. What you see on the quote is what you pay!
A. Book early! Many charter companies will provide a discount if you book early. Many customers wait till last minute and expect "Last minute deal"; this is not true. If wait till the week of the trip you will find it difficult and very expensive to charter the bus you need. Always Plan ahead.
A. The two most important questions:
1. Do you own your buses or are you a broker? Brokers add on a hefty commission to the actual price and they are no where to be found when you have an issue or need immediate attention. We know life's unexpected challenges, and we can work with you to make things right!

2. Are you licensed and insured?
This is key! and it is imperative that you choose a company that is licensed with the state and federal authorities and in compliance. Whitecastle Tours is licensed with the CA PUC and Federal DOT. We also carry $5Million insurance coverage as required by law. beware of companies that are not in compliance!
